New Content

Word of the Day - As always there’ll be a new Word of the Day every 24 hours – watch out for cephalophotophobia, hypohunk and sclerohead – three Lingomania classics!
Lingotoons - We’ll add a couple of new cartoons for your entertainment.
Dictionary - We’re adding new words to the dictionary all the time. If you’d like regular updates, please register and we’ll keep you informed!
History - This week you’ll find out how Queen Elizabeth first encountered Lingomania, and you can decide whether Ignatius’s secret knighthood really exists or not!

Puzzlemania - We’ll post a new Wordsearch and Crossword during the week – one seems to be a “diamond in the rough!

Mobile compatability - Mobile compatability should be pretty good – please tell us if you’re having challenges.
Forums - Forums look like arriving very soon – stay tuned for updates!

Just to clarify the update from a couple of weeks ago, Ignatius said he’s aiming for “Word Domination” – we still don’t know what that means, but there’s probably a word for it.

Welcome to the Lingomania website news center. The best way to keep up with us is on Facebook, and you can definitely follow us on Twitter and Instagram as well. However, we’ll update this page weekly with news on new content and products, and site improvements.

New Content

With our official launch date being 9/9/18, here’s some of the exciting new content you can expect to see in the coming days:

Chart Toppers - Several charts of the greatest words and word elements
Word of the Day - As always there’ll be a new Word of the Day every 24 hours – watch out for anarhinodactylophilia, pyroventrosis and passapostasperanoctosis – three Lingomania classics!
Lingotoons - See some of our classic cartoons from the book, with new cartoons coming very soon
Dictionary - We’ll add another 200 words to the dictionary before the official launch - we’re pretty confident there’s a few new classics
History - This week you’ll find out how Leonardo Da Vinci fits in the history of Lingomania
Social media posts - Follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter to see some of the fund stuff we’re posting
Lingomaniac's Toolbox - A new format, a new instructional video and a few extra tools to help with making words
Puzzlemania - We’ll post a new Wordsearch and Crossword during the week – watch out they’re going to be tough!

New Products

T-shirts - We should have a few new t-shirts this week. Please take a look, because we think they’re going to be “all the rage”
Books - Ignatius tells us he’s working on a new Lingomania book for kids. It’s several weeks away, but stay tuned for updates!

Site Improvements

Mobile compatability - We hope to have the “kinks” worked out by 9/9/2018, but if not, it should be very soon after that!
Forums - Our team is working furiously on getting forums up so you can tell your best Lingomania stories and discuss words you’ve created or seen – this will take a few weeks but we think you’ll like the finished product.

During the latest staff meeting, Ignatius either said he’s aiming for “Word Domination” or “World Domination” – we’ll clarify that and get back to you, but either way it should be interesting. Have a great week!
